Logo and Brand Guidelines: The TEFAP logo (PNG and JPEG) should be utilized on any resource created under the TEFAP Reach and Resiliency Grant funds. There is a horizontal and vertical logo variation provided. Each logo also comes in black or white text. An excerpt from the F&N Style Guide is provided to ensure proper brand guidelines are followed. If you have questions about proper usage or need to confirm resolution, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Program Poster: Display posters (11” x 17”) at local businesses and organizations so participants will know about the program and how contact their nearest food bank. Suggested locations include libraries, churches, hospital lobbies, doctors' offices, post offices, housing authorities, social service agencies, coffee shops, gas stations, Salvation Army and Goodwill locations. Make sure you receive business owners’ approval before you hang the posters. Spanish Program Posters Here.

Parent Card with Bookmark Attached: Distribute these cards to let parents and other participants know about the program. The cards can also be used by local shop owners as take-a-ways on counters and near cash registers, including at libraries since there is a bookmark attached. Know Before You Go One Pager: This resource (8.5” x 11") was developed with the help of Food Banks who responded to survey questions about their processes. Commonalities among those surveys were recognized and this resource was created. This resource is to help alleviate participant fears and set expectations for food receival. Website Banners: Customize your or your community partners webpage by downloading the web banners and placing one on your website. Connect visitors to a webpage specific to your TEFAP activities or have your partners upload the image and link it to your organization’s homepage. Website Buttons: Use this web button to direct participants to your website or community partner pages. You can also utilize this button in a social media post to gain followers and direct viewers to your website. Available in static and animated versions and in English and Spanish. To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/USDA-OASCR%20P-Complaint-Form-0508-0002-508-11-28-17Fax2Mail.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
