Ongoing Harvey Relief Efforts

" Aug. 28, 2017 - Texas Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition has created a Web page with important information for schools as they provide food and shelter to residents in areas affected by Hurricane Harvey.

The Texas Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Division (TDA FND) has created a Web page with important information for TDA Partners operating in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. Click here to access the page and find information about operating in areas with Presidential Disaster Declarations, determining eligibility for displaced students, accessing USDA Foods, and more. Schools may also find additional TDA FND information at Food Assistance for Disaster Relief. New information will be added as it becomes available.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
