National Disqualified List

Accessing the NDL Online

Minimize

Contracting entities (CEs) will now access the lists of disqualified institutions and disqualified individuals directly from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) National Disqualified List application. These web-based lists provide information the moment it is entered by the state agencies, thereby ensuring CEs have accurate up-to-date information when hiring new staff or adding sites and/or providers.

The first step is for CEs to request access to the website. “How to Request Access to the NDL” provides the instructions to request and receive that access, as well as how to search the information once access is granted.

Once a CE has received access, the website can be accessed 24 hours a day at https://snp.fns.usda.gov/ndlweb/Welcome.action
